Thank you for the delicious food. I purchased the Louisiana Style Crawfish Etoufee and it's delicious. I hesitated at first to purchase it but I'm glad I decided to buy it. Koodos to you all at Big Easy Foods. I will go and buy lots more because at work our food is not worth my money. Thank you!!! I will tell all my family and friends also.

Had to let you know how much me and my wife enjoy your shrimp gumbo and the chicken and sausage gumbo. I have eaten gumbo all my life and coming from Louisiana I have tasted al lot of gumbo. Yours is by far the best commercially produced gumbo I have ever tried. You can't beat the convince and the taste. I mean come on, within 5 min I can have a good hot bowl of gumbo which would take hours to cook the traditional way. Thank you for producing a good authentic Cajun dish I can be proud to recommend to my friends.
We recently discovered your food in the frozen food section at our local Wal-mart in Brady, Texas. Our family loves Cajun food so we bought several to try. We have been back several times to get more. It is delicious. We just wanted to wish you well and good luck in your venture into a bigger locale.
I had no idea that you're Gulf Shrimp we're available at my local Walmart store. I found your shrimp around the holidays and could not believe the quality popular shrimp. The meat was so sweet and you could tell immediately the difference in quality from other shrimp that is sold from around the world. I can't thank you enough for supplying Walmart with your delicious shrimp and crawfish absolutely love your Seafood.

I've been eating the chicken and sausage gumbo for lunch lately. Let me tell ya, I was skeptical about gumbo from the frozen foods section. I'm so glad I tried it. It's currently my lunch probably 3-4 times a week. I've had gumbo from Mother's in NOLA to a little place in N. Carolina (that looked like tomato soup) and Big Easy got it right in my opinion. I wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your products. My mother was from Sulphur just down the road so I know my cajun food. Your chicken and sausage gumbo is almost exactly like my mother's recipe. It really brought back memories. Please keep up the good work and please accept a thank you from a guy who loves food. I've purchased at least 10 of these product at my local HEB in Austin, TX. The flavor is awesome, I love the chicken pieces and sausage is delicious too! Don't change anything.
You have the best "hands down" single serve dinners I have ever found. Several issues that I have is 1. I found your dinners by mistake at WalMart as they were located on the bottom shelf barely visible. I bought several of the dinners that bring me to my second issue 2. whoever does your packaging is making the plastic covering over the dinners almost impossible to remove. Thanks for making these dinners tasty and authentic.
Absolutely amazing!! We just had the stuffed chicken with shrimp and crawfish etouffee and it fabulous!! I cooked mine in my le Creuset on 400• for 1 hour 40 minutes and it was delish! Rice had a great consistency and chicken was very moist! Crawfish tails and shrimp were whole, not bits and pieces or hard to find and they were not over cooked. I am extremely happy with the product and look forward to many more purchases! Thank you again
I normally don't contact businesses regarding their products, however, I felt that I needed to this time. I wanted to let you know that I enjoyed your microwaveable Louisiana shrimp etouffee. It was a nice portion, great flavor and not expensive. I almost did not try it due to the price being so low. I am glad I did. Once again, Thank You for such a great, affordable product.
The Boudin Balls are amazing! I think they should rename them Balls of Deliciousness....seriously

Okay, so i hardly ever contact companies and critic their food but baybaeeeeeee! I need to know how? why? is this frozen food so tasty? like i love the Gumbo and Crawfish Etouffee. i was just randomly shopping and saw it for the first time at HEB and was like hmmmm let me try this and i made sure my sister and my mother a got taste as well. Great job!
Just had the Frozen Shrimp Etouffee and it was tasty , so very good. I will definitely buy some more soon.
I've ate the shrimp Etouffee, the crawfish ettouffe (which is more like shiela makes) , the chicken and sausage gumbo (delicious ), shrimp creole and tonight the boudin balls at my store in texas the boudin balls are 12 for 5.99 ( amazing ) . It's hard to say which is my favorite. It just depends on what you like. I could live on shrimp and rather them over crawfish. Some of them have a little kick. But nothing we can't handle. 
I have purchased the frozen gumbo, jambalaya, & etouffees. By leaps & bounds this frozen food is THE MOST TASTY you'll find. I'm actually enjoying a jambalaya right now. I stock up on these b/c on those NO-cook days it is very nice to whip out one of these from the freezer... I am a natural critic and cook... Again, I am very pleased w/the frozen meals... Thanks
I just want to say, I tried your frozen red beans, rice and sausage bowl. FANTASTIC!! I was very surprised at how well it was. I WILL definitely be getting more. I haven't tried anything else yet... but when/if I see something I'm interested in made by y'all...I will be eating more ?.
I've never bought anything from Big Easy that wasn't amazing. I use to buy another brand of frozen dinners. The other brand can't touch them. I've read some of the reviews upset ex- employees is what I see. Tonight we had theboudin balls OMG they were delicious. The only difference between mine and Big Easy was I put a cube of Velveeta cheese in the middle. I can't make them any more due to my hands but I will be buying these. And the next time someone ask me to make some , Big Easy ' s is what they will get. Keep up the great work.
"Your products are the best on the market, and I have tried quite a few. I also eat your products 3 times a week. Your recipes are dead on for Louisiana...the products Big Easy puts out is Phenomenal. I don't know one company that can even come close to the great taste of your products. I just had to finally write to let you know how amazing your crawfish etoufee dinner is! You'd never know it was frozen. When I microwave it in our break room co-workers always want to know what smells so good. I show them the box so they can get some of their own. I also love your gumbo, but the etoufee is the best. Thanks for offering such a delicious option!
Just thought I would let you guys know that the packaged shrimp gumbo, bought at WalMart( Gonzales,La), is probably the best shrimp gumbo I have ever ate. Don't normally give microwaveable frozen food much of chance. But I am so glad I did. Completely wow'd and blown away. To say the least, you guys have a new big fan. Great job and keep up the good work!! I will definitely keep buying!!!

I live in Burnet Texas I recently tried your pork sausage and jambalaya it was very good I was very impressed I will be buying it again just wanted y'all to know it's a great product!
I'm not a big food critic, and I rarely reach out to companies positively or negatively, but I'm very pleased to eat your foods. I've always liked the boudin balls, my dad sells them at his grocery store. I tried the red beans and rice that I bought at Walmart and it was great. I bought a case of those and a case of the sausage and chicken gumbo. I can't be more than happy with that. I've tried the zatarains red beans and rice and it was kinda bad, yours was way better. Keep up the good work and I'll continue to try out all the stuff I haven't tried yet.
I found your food (jambalaya with pork and sausage) at Walmart in Bay City, Texas late last year. I have had award-winning jambalaya cooked in the same fashion by a man that has been cooking it that way his whole life. Yours and his were indistinguishable! I even called my wife and told her about it so she could try it. Amazing stuff!
